A fence is a great way to keep your fence out of the way when you are fence-building, but there are a few drawbacks to this fence design: it takes a long time to make a fence, it doesn’t last forever, and it can cause problems when you need to fix a broken fence or when you lose your fence.
A fence that has a fence process is a good alternative to a fence that only has a fencing process.
This is why a fence processing company called Cultivare Technologies is developing a process for fence making that is designed to be as fast as possible.
“There are a lot of people out there who are using the fencing process to make fences out of materials that they don’t want to deal with,” says Kevin Sowden, founder and CEO of Cultivared Technologies.
“They’re going to get a fence made that’s as fast and as inexpensive as possible and they don,t have to deal directly with the fencing processes themselves.”
What Is A Fence Process?
When a fence is being made, there are three steps: the fence is heated to a specific temperature; the fence has a concrete core; and the concrete core is cemented with cement cement.
This process takes about 20 minutes, and the process can be done with just a piece of PVC pipe, an electric drill, or a screwdriver.
The concrete core needs to be cooled down first to prevent cracking or corrosion.
Once the concrete has cooled, the concrete needs to have a certain amount of water added to it, to allow the concrete to form a solid wall.
Once all of the water is added, the fence can then be put together.
Once a fence has been built, it is typically sanded to a smooth finish and is then glued together with concrete cement.
A few years ago, Sowen began to realize that there were a few problems with the process.
“I was trying to make some sort of fence out in the desert, and then it was like, Oh, that’s a lot for a little fence, and there was no way to tell if it was going to hold up or not,” he says.
Sowens team started to realize there was a better way to make fencing.
He decided to build a fence using the fence process instead of the traditional fencing process he was using.
The new process takes just a few minutes and can be made by anyone with a bit of patience.
When you’re working on a fence for the first time, you have to think carefully about how you are going to make it.
How long are you going to be working on it?
How much sand are you adding?
How many times do you need the fence to hold together?
How long is the process?
There are no guarantees that you will be able to finish the fence in a reasonable amount of time.
But Sowds team realized that they could reduce the amount of sand needed to complete the fence by simply making it harder for the fence core to form solid wall, and they could make the process much more efficient by using fewer materials.
They decided to use a technique called laser-cutting that involves cutting away a layer of the fence while holding the concrete in place with a hammer.
When the laser-cut is complete, the process is finished.
When finished, the finished fence can be sanded and then glued back together.
Cultivari’s process uses a laser-stripping technique that uses a beam of light to cut away a large portion of the fencing and the resulting sand is added to the top layer of concrete.
The laser-cuts will take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
How Much Do You Need For A Fencing Process?
Cultivarie Technologies has two methods for making a fence: the traditional fence process, which requires about 1,000 feet of fiberglass, and a fence making process that uses 2,000 square feet of concrete, but requires less time.
Cultivation’s process is much faster because it only requires a few pieces of PVC, a hammer, and sand.
Cultive Technologies will start shipping the first fence, the M-1, to distributors in July.
Cultivated Technologies plans to release a second fence, a M-2, in 2019, and plans to start shipping a third, a N-1 in 2020.
This will allow Cultivaris fence to be used for all types of applications, from fencing to construction to fencing-repair.
Cultivares process is just one of many that Cultivares is working on, including one for fence design and another for building fences.
“Fencing is one of the hardest things to design and build,” Sows says.
“You need a lot more fiberglass than the average person and you also need to build the fence yourself.
This fence is just a little bit easier to build and just a lot cheaper than other fence types.”
