A giant, three-dimensional printed fence is one of several designs from a startup in South Korea that is being touted as a solution to the problems posed by giant robots.
The new product uses a similar process to those used by the giant robots used to build the first 3-Matic fence, but the fences are 3-d printed in a 3-dimensional space and are controlled by a computer.
It also has some unique features, including its use of a 3D printer rather than a laser cutter, according to the South Korean website Wired.
The company has also partnered with the government of South Korea to design the fence, which will be tested at a national park in June.
The company said it plans to use the fences in the future to keep out invading robots.
